Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your team’s participation in the tournament, please review our cancellation policy below:

• Cancellation Before October 14: Teams may cancel their entry up until October 14. In this case, a $50 administrative fee will be deducted from the total entry fee and the remaining amount will be refunded.

• Cancellation After October 14: Cancellations made after October 14 will result in a forfeiture of the entire entry fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this date.
